Use the website to browse categories and search for products. You can explore made-in-Kenya and eco-friendly products as well as personal care, beauty, baby essentials, household cleaning, laundry, wellness, and organic ranges. Checkout is available through M-PESA or bank card.

What are the delivery options?

  • Orders below KES 1,500 within Nairobi County: KES 200 delivery fee
  • Orders above KES 1,500 within Nairobi County: free delivery
  • Express orders within Nairobi County, delivered within one hour: KES 300
  • Orders outside Nairobi are sent through Wells Fargo or G4S at the customer's cost based on courier rates

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer support team at support@craftszetu.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact our customer support team and we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
