Representations and warranties
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- You are eligible to register for and use the services and have the right, power, and ability to enter into and perform under the general terms.
- Any information you provide in connection with the services accurately and truthfully represents your business or personal identity.
- You and all transactions initiated by you will comply with all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.
- You will not use the services, directly or indirectly, for any fraudulent undertaking or in any way that interferes with the operation of the services.
- Your use of the services will comply with these terms.
No warranties
The services are provided on an “as is†basis without representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftszetu disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Craftszetu does not guarantee that the services are accurate, reliable, correct, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at a particular time or location, or free of harmful components. We also do not guarantee that defects or errors will be corrected.
Limitation of liability and damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Craftszetu will not be liable for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of, inability to use, or unavailability of the services.
Craftszetu is also not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or unauthorized access to the services or user accounts.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the greater of the amount of fees earned in connection with your use of the services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or another legal theory, even if the possibility of such damage has been communicated.
