Payment terms

Cash on delivery: Payment for the invoice is due on delivery of goods or services. These terms constitute the agreement between Craftszetu and the client regarding payment for goods supplied.

Credit payment: Payment is strictly due within seven (7) days from the date of invoice. These terms constitute the agreement between Craftszetu and the client regarding payment for goods supplied.

Delivery policy

Delivery confirmation: The recipient must be present at the delivery address to accept and pay for the goods. Identification may be required at the time of delivery.

Failed delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of the recipient or refusal of payment, a re-delivery fee will be charged for subsequent delivery attempts.

Returns: Upon acceptance and payment of goods, our standard return policy applies.

Cancellations: Cancellation of orders must be made at least two hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Promotions, discounts, and coupons

Craftszetu may offer promotions and discounts through a coupon system. These promotions are subject to fair-use rules designed to ensure fairness and efficiency.

• Each coupon is intended for one-time use per customer.
• Creating multiple accounts or using alternative email addresses to reuse a coupon is prohibited.
• Misuse, repetitive use, or circumvention of coupon policies is not allowed.
• Craftszetu reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or blacklist customers from future promotions where misuse or abuse is detected.
